2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
  • Use the tracking link provided to check your delivery status.

5. Packaging and Care

  • All products are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • For fragile items like juice bottles, we use protective materials to avoid breakage.
